Remote Support  Details

What is Remote Support all about? 

Something that technicians have doing for many years now. Utilizing various tools to gain access to your machine to be able to help you through a problem, repair a problem or simply coach or train you on something you would like to learn about. 

Do you do Zoom training or assist people with setting up ZOOM? Yes.

With the massive increase of people working from home, ZOOM has become a household name. Many of my support calls are tied to ZOOM issues or difficulties. First I would assist you with the configuration of Zoom via a remote support session. Then we would do a zoom meeting test. All, while maintaining a remote connection to you and also at a very safe distance.   

What is AeroAdmin?

Aero Admin is a small program that you install temporarily or permanently on your machine that produces a unique support ID code. When you need help, you provide that code to me and I can then connect to your machine. Once I connect there will be an authorization screen/window on your machine to ask one final time if you want me to control your PC.  

Once connected I can perform maintenance tasks and fixes. Also, we can do remote training with this application as well.
